Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 May 2026
WebSidekick is operated by Habben Pty Ltd. This policy explains how we handle information submitted through this website, review requests, private concept links and service enquiries.
Information we collect
We may collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, website URL, booking-system details, existing asset notes and project notes.
For outreach and private concept review, we may keep limited business contact details, public website observations, suppression/unsubscribe status, email delivery notes, click/view logs and review-request records so we can manage opt-outs, avoid duplicate contact and understand whether a private concept was useful.
We may also collect basic analytics, server logs, browser/device information, page views, referrers, timestamps and security logs. We use this to operate the website, protect the service and improve WebSidekick.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare website reviews or private concepts, provide services, manage unsubscribe and suppression requests, improve our website, keep records of approvals/sends, monitor technical performance and maintain security.
AI-assisted work
WebSidekick may use AI-assisted workflows to draft, organise or analyse website review notes, public website content and project material. Public-facing recommendations and sensitive claims are human-reviewed before use. Do not submit confidential, clinical, payment or sensitive personal information through the review form unless we have agreed a secure process with you.
Cookies, analytics and tracking
We may use lightweight first-party tracking, session storage, server logs and similar technologies to understand site usage, private concept views, opt-out requests and review form performance. We aim to keep this practical and limited.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may use trusted service providers for hosting, email, analytics, AI tools, backups, security, DNS/CDN, support or project delivery where needed to operate WebSidekick. Service providers may process data under their own terms and privacy practices.
Unsubscribe and suppression
If you opt out of outreach, reply with an unsubscribe request, or use an unsubscribe link, we keep enough information to honour that request and avoid contacting you again for similar outreach.
Client and website content
If you become a client, we may handle website text, images, brand assets, plugin details, booking-system integration notes and hosting/support information. You remain responsible for ensuring that supplied content is accurate, lawful and approved for publication.
Access, correction and contact
For privacy questions, access/correction requests or unsubscribe help, contact hello@websidekick.com.au.
